Logan County Probation monitors and enforces conditions ordered by the Court for juveniles and adults sentenced to community based supervision.
Logan County Drug Court
The Logan County Drug Court Program became operational in December 2010. The Program consists of long term treatment, intensive services, frequent drug testing, close supervision and immediate consequences for noncompliance. The goal is for the client to remain drug and alcohol free, to be a responsible individual and to be a productive and law-abiding member of the community.
